Contact](https://www.idealinsulationinc.com/eula#contact) Ideal Insulation · Legal # QuickBooks connector license agreement Effective September 25, 2026 License terms for the internal software that connects Ideal Insulation's own QuickBooks Online file to our staff tools. ## 01About this agreement This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc. ("Licensor", "we") and the person or entity using the software described below ("you"). It covers the **Ideal Insulation QuickBooks Connector** and related internal tools (the "App"): software we operate that connects to our QuickBooks Online company file through Intuit's developer platform so that our staff and the automated and AI-assisted tools we authorize can read and, where permitted, update our own accounting records. The App is an internal business tool. It is made available only to employees, contractors and authorized service providers of Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc.. It is not offered to the public and does not connect to any QuickBooks account other than our own. By installing, authorizing, or using the App you agree to this Agreement. ## 02License grant Subject to this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc.'s internal business purposes, in the manner and to the extent Licensor authorizes for your role. ## 03Restrictions You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise transfer it; use it to access, extract or store data beyond what your role requires; use it to violate any law, Intuit's terms, or the privacy rights of customers, employees or vendors; or share your login or authorization credentials with anyone. ## 04QuickBooks data and Intuit The App connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's APIs and an OAuth authorization granted by an administrator of our QuickBooks company. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service and privacy statement. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement, does not provide the App, and is not responsible for it. Nothing in this Agreement grants any rights in Intuit's software or trademarks. ## 05Data handling - The App accesses only the data in Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc.'s own QuickBooks company file, such as customers, invoices, payments, estimates, items and reports. - Data retrieved by the App is used to run our business: preparing documents, answering staff questions, reconciling records and reporting. Some of that processing may be performed by AI assistants and automation platforms we have engaged as service providers under confidentiality obligations. - Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared. Data is not sold, and it is not used to train third-party AI models. - Personal information handled through the App is also covered by our [Privacy Policy](https://www.idealinsulationinc.com/privacy-policy). ## 06Disconnecting the app A QuickBooks administrator can revoke the App's access at any time from QuickBooks Online under **Apps → My apps** by choosing Disconnect, or by contacting us at [estimates@idealinsulationinc.com](mailto:estimates@idealinsulationinc.com). Disconnecting invalidates the App's tokens immediately. Records already stored in our other business systems remain subject to our record-keeping obligations and our Privacy Policy. ## 07Updates and availability We may update, change or discontinue the App at any time. Updates may be installed automatically. The App depends on Intuit's services and on internet connectivity, and we do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free at all times. ## 08Disclaimer of warranty THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Output produced with the help of automated or AI-assisted tools must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on for accounting, tax or legal purposes. ## 09Limitation of liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP, AND LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). ## 10Term and termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. It ends automatically when your authorization to act for Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc. ends, when the App's QuickBooks access is disconnected, or if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the App and delete any copies of App data you hold outside our systems. Sections 3 through 5 and 8 through 11 survive termination. ## 11Governing law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
