01Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of idealinsulationinc.com and the estimate, scheduling and messaging services we offer through it. By using the site or requesting an estimate you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc., a Florida corporation, Florida license #RC29027736, 4950 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34116.

02Estimates and proposals

• Information on the site, including cost guides, R-value figures and typical timelines, is general information. It is not an offer and does not replace an on-site assessment.
• An estimate request is a request for a proposal, not a contract. Work is performed only under a written proposal or agreement that we issue and you accept, and that document controls over anything on this site.
• Pricing in a proposal depends on site conditions. Hidden conditions such as moisture, pest damage, code deficiencies or access problems discovered after work begins may require a change order before work continues.
• Any warranty on our work is stated in your written proposal or agreement. Manufacturer product warranties are the manufacturer's.
• Scheduling dates are estimates and can move for weather, materials, inspections or safety.

03Using the website

You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or buying our services. You agree not to scrape or copy the site in bulk, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use our forms or chat to send spam or solicitations.

04Calls and text messages

By providing a phone number you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your estimate and project as described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Marketing texts are sent only with your separate agreement, and agreeing is never a condition of purchase.

05Content and reviews

If you send us photos, plans, reviews or other material, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to prepare and perform your job and, for reviews and testimonials you post publicly or send us for that purpose, to display them in our marketing with your first name and last initial unless you ask us not to.

06Intellectual property

The site's text, photographs, diagrams, illustrations, logo and design are owned by Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other use requires our written permission. The photographs on this site are of our own crews and jobs and may not be reused.

07Third-party services

Estimate requests and scheduling run through Jobber; chat and forms run through HubSpot; maps and reviews are provided by Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

08Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties about the site and its content, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty stated in a written proposal or agreement for work we perform, or any right you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc. and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of your use of the site, and our total liability arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for work performed under a written agreement is governed by that agreement and applicable law.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideal Insulation Enterprises Inc. from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about work performed are governed by the written agreement for that work. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

12Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
